These terms apply to ZODIA’s AI-only digital service. You must be at least 18 to create a personal reading. Provide information you are entitled to use, protect your Google account and do not enter another person’s private birth details without permission.

Interpretations and limitations

Astrology, numerology, Tarot and Vastu are traditional or symbolic reflective practices. They are not scientifically validated predictions, diagnoses or professional advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. No outcome, personality match, event, relationship, income or success is guaranteed.

We use supported calculations separately from AI interpretation and disclose uncertainty in the experience. Uncertain birth times can limit a reading. Precise houses, Dasha and unsupported timing claims are not supplied as verified facts. General daily content is editorial reflection, not an individualized transit forecast.

Do not rely on a reading for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or structural-building decisions. Seek an appropriately qualified professional. ZODIA does not provide human astrologer consultations.

Accounts, privacy and permitted use

Your recorded service agreement governs personal processing and authorized owner quality review. New onboarding includes both in one agreement; earlier separate choices remain respected. The Privacy Policy explains providers, storage and deletion. Do not submit secrets, payment-card information, illegal content, abusive requests or attempts to access someone else’s records. Accounts may be limited for abuse, fraud, security or material violations, with support available.

Purchases and fair use

No payment is available in the current acceptance release. When enabled, the checkout must identify the selected product, total INR amount, term and any recurring authorization. A one-time ₹29 topic reading does not auto-renew and includes five topic-specific follow-up questions. Subscription access depends on verified payment and the paid period.

Free introductory plan chat allows three user messages per IST day; onboarding, the free personality report and ratings do not consume that quota. Personal Plus includes 30 personal questions per paid subscription month. Premium/Family ordinary personal chat remains subject to disclosed rate and service-protection limits; the current acceptance build allows up to six new requests per minute and 100 per IST day. We will not sell a plan as unrestricted unlimited use while that service-protection limit remains.

Readings are generated on request and cached where applicable. Generation may pause for missing consent, unsupported inputs, technical faults, abuse prevention or a disclosed spending safeguard. A failure is not presented as a completed service.

Cancellation, delivery and complaints

See Cancellation & Refunds and Digital Delivery. Support and privacy requests are never behind a paid chat allowance. You retain rights that applicable consumer law cannot exclude.

Content and changes

You may use your purchased or free reading for personal purposes. Do not claim that ZODIA’s output is scientifically verified or resell access without permission. Third-party software/data remains subject to its own licenses.

We may improve the service and correct errors. Material pricing or renewal changes will be disclosed before a new purchase or renewal authorization. We do not retrospectively alter completed purchase terms. Applicable Indian law governs the service, without removing statutory consumer remedies.
